Pamela Kay Ratliff

Pamela Kay Ratliff, age 54 years of Manchester, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at the Meadowview Regional Medical Center. Pamela was born May 30, 1969 in West Union, OH to Linda (McRoberts) Miller-Hicks and the late Charles Musser. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two nephews Christopher Pollard & Jaycee Pollard.

Survivors include her mother Linda (McRoberts) Miller-Hicks & Jeff of Olive Hill, KY; son Jason Ratliff (Jessi Gallagher) of Manchester, OH; daughter Anderana Truxton of Winchester, OH; step mother Donna Musser of Eckmansville, OH; brother Robbie Musser (Kim) of Debois, PA; sisters Angie Waits (Rick) of Pebbles, OH, Danielle Pollard of Olive Hill, KY, Amanda Musser of Seaman, OH, & Mary Musser of Eckmansville, OH; grandchildren Tyler, Bryce, Aiden, Navaeh, James, Maci, Aiden Joseph, Izzy & Audrey; special nieces Klee Pollard of Olive Hill, KY & Aimee Waits of Peebles, OH; and several nieces & nephews.

A visitation will be held Monday, March 18, 2024 from 11am to 1pm at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union, Ohio, with cremation to follow. The Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home is serving the family.
