Janice Hayslip Obituary

Janice Haylsip age 73 years of Findlay, Ohio formerly of West Union passed away Saturday, October 26, 2019. Janice was born October 3, 1946 in South Bloomfield, Ohio to the late Carl and Lesta (Grooms) Baldwin. Besides her parents Janice was preceded by her daughter Connie Fitzgerald.

Survivors include a daughter Sharon Hayslip of West Union, OH; two sons Scott Hayslip of Findlay, OH; Anthony Hayslip of Findlay, OH; sister Shirley Ackerman of Washington Courthouse, OH; brother Wayne Baldwin of West Union, OH; two grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Monday, November 4, 2019 at Noon at the West Union Cemetery. The Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home is serving the family.
