Joseph Lowe Obituary

Joseph R Lowe, age 72 of West Union, Ohio, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2019 at the Adams County Manor with his two sons, Joe and Wife Caroline, and Jason and wife Debbie, along with his brother Alan and his wife Debbie, Pastor Don Lewis and Heartland Hospice. He was born April 21, 1947 in Pike County, KY the son of the late Hayse and Virginia (Stacy) Lowe. He was a Union carpenter, laborer and operator for Union Local #2. He also attended many local churches.

Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by 1 son Josh Lowe, 4 brothers, Irvin, David, Paul and Hayse Lowe Jr, and 1 sister, Nancy Leeth.

He is survived by 2 sons, Joe Lowe and wife Caroline (Grooms) of West Union, Jason Lowe and wife Debbie also of West Union, 4 brothers, Allen Lowe and wife Debbie of Rarden, Bob Lowe of Peebles, Denver Lowe and wife Jamie of Georgia and Danny Lowe of Georgia, 3 sisters, Carol Wallace of Peebles, Lisa Lowe of Winchester and Melody Lowe of Peebles, 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family at the Thompson Meeker Funeral Home in West Union. Interment will be at the Locust Grove Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Heartland Hospice in Lucasville.
