Kenneth "Bucky" Grooms Jr.

Kenneth “Bucky” Grooms Jr. age 48 of Seaman, Ohio, passed away on March 22, 2019 at the Christ Hospital.  Kenneth was born on April 17, 1970 the son of Betty (Yazell) Grooms and the late Kenneth Grooms Sr. in Adams County, Ohio.  Besides his father Kenneth was preceded in death by a son Michael Joseph Grooms and father in law Robert Dale Troxel.

Kenneth attended the West Union High School and was employed at Eastgate Pools for over 20 years.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years Kimberly (Troxel) Grooms of Seaman, Ohio; mother Betty Grooms of Peebles, Ohio; daughter Nicki LeAnn Yochum and Cody of Hillsboro, Ohio; son James Robert Grooms and Natasha of Seaman, Ohio; three sisters Angie Corrill of Peebles, Ohio; Kay Johnson and Chuck of Peebles, Ohio; Pam Johnson and Willie of Peebles, Ohio; and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home, with cremation to follow.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM the day of the service.

DEAR LORD,

I’m a sinner, please forgive me. Come into my life and cleanse me of my unbelief. I believe in you and in salvation.  Through the blood of Jesus Christ. I turn from sin, And trusting Jesus alone as my Savior. In Jesus name I pray.
