Russell Mark Poe age 60 years of West Union, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at the Adams County Regional Medical Center. Russell was born on October 28, 1958 the son of the Charlotte Poe in Adams County, Ohio.

Russell loved horses and loved riding them.

Survivors include his loving caretakers for over 30 years Jim and Connie Smith of West Union, Ohio; and several cousins.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 11:30 AM at the Manchester Cemetery, under the direction of the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral in West Union, Ohio.
