Sharon (Mahaffey) Heater

Sharon Heater age 68 years of West Union, passed away Friday, March 15, 2019 at the Adams County Regional Medical Center.  Sharon was born on April 23, 1950 the daughter of the late Chester and Viola (Webb) Mahaffey in Adams County, Ohio.  Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a grandson Weston Unger and a sister Ruthie Mahaffey.

Survivors include her loving husband Richard Heater of West Union, OH; three daughters Kelly Hill and Karl of West Union, OH; Teresa Heater and Dustin Bradford of Russellville, OH; Ashley Unger and Matt of Peebles, OH; two sons Jeremy Heater of West Union, OH; Brett Heater and Sarah Reed of West Union, OH; one sister Peggy Mahaffey of West Union, OH: two brothers Chester Wayne Mahaffey of Xenia, OH; Gerald “Joe” Mahaffey of Amelia, OH; twenty one grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home.  Cremation will follow per Sharon’s wishes.

Memorials can be made to the family of Sharon Heater at the First State Bank in lieu of flowers.
