Shirley A (Young) Shaw

Shirley A. Shaw 82 years of West Union, Ohio passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at the Meadowview Regional Medical Center.  Shirley was born on February 10, 1937 the daughter of the late Donald and Pauline (Bennington) Young in Adams County, Ohio.

Shirley was a member of the Bentonville Christian Union Church, the Kings Daughters Class and was an avid quilter.

Shirley is survived by her loving husband Paul Shaw of West Union, Ohio; and their children Steve Clark and Penny of Hillsboro, Ohio; Shelley Gifford and David of West Union, Ohio; David Clark of Manchester, Ohio; Randy Shaw and Sharon of Amelia, Ohio; Rita Fields and Gary of Hillsboro, Ohio; one sister Linda Ralston of West Union, Ohio; and several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren who she dearly loved.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home with Darrell Myers Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the West Union Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM the day of the service.
