Theresa Renee Johnson

Theresa Renee Johnson age 46 years of Blue Creek, Ohio passed away Thursday, May 30, 2019 at the Ohio Valley Hospice of Hope in Seaman, Ohio.  Theresa was born June 25, 1972 in Georgetown, Ohio the daughter of Virginia (Baldwin) Conley and the late Michael Conley.  Besides her father she was also preceded by Grandparents Virgil & Mary Baldwin.

Theresa attended the Gospel Lighthouse Church in Blue Creek, Ohio. 

Survivors include her Mother Virginia Conley of Blue Creek, OH; Husband John Johnson of West Union, OH; two Daughters Stephanie Taylor of Otway, OH; Jordan Johnson of Otway, OH; three Sons Ryan Conley of Cincinnati, OH; John Johnson III of Blue Creek, OH; Joshua Johnson of Blue Creek, OH; four Sisters Michelle Stephenson of Dunkinsville, OH; Valeria Jones of Blue Creek, OH; Dawn Hull of Blanchester, OH; Rachel Miller of Loveland, OH; one Brother Jason Sutterfield of West Union, OH; three Grandchildren; Aunt Donna Vilvens of Blanchester, OH; numerous Nieces & Nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 3, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home with Richard Casper officiating.  Visitation will be held from Noon till the time of the service at 1:00 P.M.   A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
