Brenda R. Vance

Brenda R. Vance age 78 years, of West Union, Ohio passed away Sunday, March 5, 2023. Brenda was born July 25, 1944 in Brown County Ohio to the late Robert & Ida (Swanger) Combess. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Larry Vance of 38 years, a son Larry Wayne Henderson, a grandson Troy Wayne Henderson and great granddaughter Keaira Scott.

Survivors include daughter Glenda Williams & Tim of West Union; sons Kelly Henderson of West Union; Wendell Henderson & Tina of West Union; stepdaughters Tammy Prichard & Wade, Tara Corbin & Dean; stepson Rondal Vance & Beverly; sisters Kay Lewis, Beverly Stutz & Skeeter, Joyce Malone & Terry all of West Union; brothers Larry Combess & Sandy of Winchester; Darrell Combess & Kathy of West Union; grandchildren Dylan, Leah, Jessica, Kristin, Daniell, Wendell, Josh, Marcus, Kameron, Joseph, Timothy, Raelynn, Tiffany, Shelby, Steven, Leah and Alex; several great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews; and her faithful dog Jasper.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 1:00 PM at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union with Jane Lucas officiating. Burial will follow in the West Union Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday beginning at 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 1:00 PM. The Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home is serving the family.
