Jeff Ival Palmer

Jeff Ival. Palmer, 59, of Manchester, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023 at UC Medical Center in Cincinnati.  He was born October 16, 1963 in West Union, son of the late Raymond Joseph and Freda Grace Scott Palmer.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Rickie, Steven and Gene Palmer; 3 sisters, Shirley McClurg, Sandra Knauff and Vickie Gulley as well as a special friend and nephew, Phil Palmer.  

Jeff had a great sense of humor, that he passed onto his sons.  He was a big sports fan with the Cincinnati Reds being his favorite.  Jeff had an Associates degree in communications and was obsessed with the radio and 60-80s music, especially Elvis Presley.

Jeff is survived by his 3 sons, Jeffrey (Katie) Palmer, Ryan Palmer and Andrew Palmer; grandchildren, Kennedy, Maddox and Adelyn Palmer; his fiancé, Kathleen McConnell and his siblings, Robert (Joyce) Palmer, Danny Palmer, Ronnie Palmer, Brenda (Michael) Meranda, Terry (Larry) Meyer, Lois (Wendall) Hughes Evelyn Dugan and Gladys Cluxton.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 12:00 PM, until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM, Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Wilson Funeral Home, 35 W. Second St., Manchester.  Burial will follow at Manchester Cemetery.
