Tiffany Rae DeMint, 44, of West Union, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born on September 18, 1981. Tiffany was the beloved daughter of Greg and Wanda Jones. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Justin DeMint, and a loving mother whose greatest joy in life was her family.
Tiffany is survived by her loving husband, Justin DeMint; her cherished children, Geneva Joy DeMint, 17, Justin Emersen Jones DeMint, 13, and Gentry Wayne Lee DeMint, 9; her parents, Greg and Wanda Jones; her beloved siblings, Cassie and Adam Koenig, and Krysta and Kyle Griffin; her niece, Darcy Griffin; her nephew, Wyatt Griffin; along with many extended family members, coworkers, and dear friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.
Tiffany was an accomplished professional who served as a Senior IP&E Legal Operations Leader at GE Aerospace. She truly loved her work and deeply valued the team she worked alongside. Her dedication, leadership, and passion made a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know and work with her.
Outside of her career, Tiffany found joy in life’s simple and beautiful moments. She loved reading, traveling, animals and especially cherished beach vacations spent making memories with those she loved most. She had a gift for finding happiness in both grand adventures and quiet moments alike.
Tiffany will be remembered for her incredible strength, grace, kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends. She faced life’s challenges with remarkable courage and positivity, inspiring everyone around her with her resilience.
Though her passing leaves an unimaginable void, Tiffany’s love and legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched. Her family asks that she be remembered not for the way her life ended, but for the extraordinary way she lived and the love she so freely gave.
A celebration of Tiffany’s life will be held on June 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at West Union High School. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor, remember, and celebrate the beautiful life she lived.
